The town of Juno Beach is located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and encompasses a total land area of 1.4 sq mi (3.6 sq km); 0.5 sq mi (1.2 sq km) of it is water. When traced based on the World Geodetic System, it is located at 26?52'24"N 80?3'15"W.

As of the 2000 census, the population of the town reached a total of 3,262, with 929 families and 1,791 households. Juno Beach's racial makeup was composed of 97.82% White, 0.12% Native American, 0.43% African American, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 0.61% from two or more races, 0.
61% Asians, and 0.34% from other races.

Out of 1,791 households, 9.1% had children below 18 years old, 3.0% had a female head of household, 47.8% were married couples, and 48.1% were non- family members. Among these households, 42.9% were made up of individuals and those households with someone living alone aged 65 years and above comprised 25.5%. In addition, 1.80 was the average size of a household and 2.42 was the average family size.

In terms of age groups, Juno Beach was spread out, with 10.1% under the age of 18, 2.3% aged 18 to 24, 16.2% aged 25 to 44, 28.8% from 45 to 64, and 42.6% were aged 65 years and above. The average age was 60 years. There were 84.9 males for every 100 females and 79.7 males for every 100 females for those persons aged 18 and above.

For a household, the median income in the town was $55,263 and $68,382 was the median income for a family. The median income of males was $50,545 while females only had an average of $36,842.
